  • Cancellation has to made within 24-hours of the time when the booking was made in order to get the refund
  • Any cancellation made after 24-hours will not be eligible for any refund from our side
  • In some cases, the airline might refund even after the cancellation is made after 24-hours, however, that depends on the situation when the cancellation will be made through us.
  • The decision of the airline regarding the cancellation and refund will be final.
  • We only accept cancellation request over the phone.
  • We do not accept any cancellation request that is made through the website or sent through the email or chat.
  • Many airlines provide the option of choosing “zero cancellation” at the time of booking. You just have to pay a little extra at the time of booking and your refundable-cancellation-period will be extended from 24-hours from the booking to few hours before the departure of the flight.

Refund policy

We believe in transparency in business and value the money involved. That is why we have come up with the refund policy that will cost you the minimum to almost zero charge if you cancel the flight tickets after booking it from our website. However, the point to consider is that we are dependent on the airline for the refund and we cannot make the refund only as per our refund policy. It is also important for you to know that the airlines are free to charge as per their policy and we will have to agree with the airline’s decision in case of refund amount. Although we have mentioned the complete details of our refund policy for your reference, it is recommended to read the refund policy of the airlines whose flight you are booking from our website.

  • All the cancellation that is made after 24-hours of the booking is non-refundable in most of the cases.
  • The airlines decision of the refund will be final in any case and the refund will be made as per the decision of the airline
  • “No show” bookings are not eligible for any refund, however, in some rare cases, the airline make the refund but we cannot guarantee anything about that.
  • Refund amount will be transferred to the account from which the booking-amount was paid at the time of booking the flight tickets.
  • In case you have made the booking through an agent, then the amount will be sent to the agent’s account.
  • The refund amount will be transferred to the bank account only if the payment was made via net banking or credit/debit card. If you have made payments from other mode, in that case refund amount will be cleared by cheque.
  • According to the law only that person can get the Cheque who has booked flight tickets.
  • If several booking has been made from one user account and if all the booking has been cancelled, in that case the cheque will be issued in the name of the person, whose name is registered in the user account associated with our website.
  • It may take around 10-15 days for the airline to refund the amount. In some cases, it might take anything between 60-90 days for the refund to be processed in your account.
